Terms of Service

Last updated: April 28, 2026

Welcome. By using decks.app you agree to these terms. They are short and plain on purpose.

1. The Service

decks.app (the “Service”) is operated by Salt Branch Technology Group, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) as a hobby project. There are no accounts and no payments. The Service is provided as-is, with no guarantees of uptime, accuracy, or availability.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. Your Use of the Service

You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the Service
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers, headless browsers) to access the Service except with our prior written permission
  • Bypass, attempt to bypass, or interfere with security features, rate limits, or moderation systems
  • Send unsolicited messages, spam, or distribute malicious software through the Service
  • Disrupt other players’ games, interfere with hosting infrastructure, or perform load testing without authorization
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Service
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any associated systems

We reserve the right to investigate and respond to violations of any of the above, and to cooperate with law enforcement.

4. Our Software, Site, and Platform

The decks.app website, source code, design, layout, original artwork, original sounds, and the systems we operate are ours. You receive no ownership, license, or rights to any of it beyond using the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from any of it.

5. Content You Submit

When you submit content to the Service, you keep ownership of that content. You grant us the right to display it as part of running the Service. We may remove, replace, or refuse any content for any reason, including content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Third-Party Intellectual Property

The Service may reference, name, or display content that originates with third parties. All trademarks, service marks, brand names, and other intellectual property are the property of their respective owners. Mention of any third party does not imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation.

If you are a rights holder and you believe content on the Service raises a concern about your rights, contact us at info@saltbranch.com. We are a hobby project, we operate in good faith, and we take such concerns seriously. We aim to respond promptly and resolve concerns directly — typically by modifying, replacing, or removing the content in question.

7. No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the Company or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept it.
