decks.app (the “Service”) is operated by Salt Branch Technology Group, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These rules apply to everyone using the Service.
1. The Basics
Don’t be a jerk. Don’t break the law. Treat other players the way you’d want to be treated.
2. Specifically Prohibited
You may not use the Service to:
- Post hate speech, slurs, or content targeting anyone based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected attribute
- Harass, threaten, intimidate, bully, or stalk anyone
- Impersonate another person, public figure, or organization in a misleading way
- Share another person’s private information without their consent
- Post sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content (including in your username)
- Promote or facilitate self-harm, illegal activity, or violence
- Cheat, exploit bugs, or use third-party tools to gain advantage in a game
- Disrupt, spam, or sabotage other players’ games
- Pretend to be a moderator, operator, or staff member of the Service
3. Usernames
When you submit a username, it should follow the rules above. We reserve the right to remove, modify, or replace usernames that violate this policy. There is no entitlement to any specific username.
4. Enforcement
We may take any action we consider appropriate to enforce these rules, including but not limited to: removing content, modifying content, restricting access to the Service, or banning a user. Hosts of individual rooms may also remove or restrict players within their rooms.
5. Reporting
If you see a violation or experience abuse on the Service, email info@saltbranch.com with as much context as you can provide (room code, time, what happened). We will look into it.
6. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change.
